PACC Counselling Approaches
🧭 Therapeutic Tools that Meet the Moment
My approach blends evidence-based modalities— like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)— to respond to the unique needs of each client.
These tools help us explore emotional patterns, unblend from inner critics or protectors, and gently challenge beliefs that no longer serve you.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all counselling. Instead, I draw from a well-rounded toolkit to support healing that is both deep and sustainable.
🛠 Tailored Support for What You’re Facing
Every session is shaped by what you’re carrying in that moment. For someone in survival mode, we might focus on calming the nervous system, regaining a sense of agency, and building safety through simple, doable steps. For grief or burnout, we often slow down, make room for feeling, and create space where nothing needs to be fixed right away.
My role is to help you feel a little more steady, seen, and less alone— no matter how heavy life feels.
🌿 Meeting You Where You Are
I work with flexibility and intuition, always prioritizing your lived experience over any textbook model. Some clients need structure and problem-solving; others need softness, silence, and time.
Sometimes it’s both in one session. Together, we move at your pace, following what feels alive, tender, or stuck. I don’t steer the ship— I sit beside you as you navigate, offering reflection, insight, and support whenever you're ready to use them.
🤲 You're Invited
If you’re looking for therapy that honors your complexity and meets you with respect, gentleness, and practical care— you’re in the right place. Let’s talk about what you need, and how we can move through it together.
“There is no one right way to heal—only the way that feels right to you.”

What to Expect – FAQ
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you hope for, and what support might look like. There's no pressure to go deep right away—you set the pace.
Do I need to have a clear goal to start therapy?
Not at all. Many clients begin therapy unsure of what they need—just knowing that something feels off or heavy. Together, we’ll figure it out, one step at a time.
Is it okay if I’m not ready to talk about certain things yet?
Absolutely. You are always in control of what is shared. I respect your boundaries and will never push you to disclose anything before you're ready.
